You check it on delivery, then pay. Our driver brings it into the room, unwraps it, and you look it over before any money changes hands. If it is damaged or not what you ordered, it goes straight back on the van and you pay nothing.
Is a mattress included with the bed?
Yes. Every bed price includes a standard comfort mattress. On the product page you can upgrade to basic memory foam, full orthopaedic, 1000 pocket sprung or 2000 pocket sprung, and the price updates as you choose. If you already have a mattress, pick the No Mattress option and the price comes down.
What fabrics and colours can I choose?
Beds come in crushed velvet, plush velvet, chenille and soft matte, with up to 32 colours across the range. Sofas come in plush velvet, jumbo cord, chenille and crushed velvet. Ask for a free fabric sample if you want to see a colour in your own light before committing.
Do you assemble it?
Beds arrive in sections and slot together in around 20 minutes with no tools beyond the allen key supplied. If you would rather not, add professional assembly on the product page and our team builds it in your room before they leave.
