Our story
ZHR Beds exists because good furniture had become either cheap and disposable or expensive for no good reason. We build in the middle of that: proper frames, proper upholstery, and a price that makes sense because we sell direct instead of through a showroom.
Every design in the range is chosen to solve something real, whether that is a box room that needs a 2ft6 base, a family that needs the whole winter wardrobe under the mattress, or a bedroom that just deserves a headboard worth looking at.

Your combination is pulled from the warehouse and checked over before it is wrapped for the van.

Look it over before any money changes hands. If it is not right, it goes straight back on the van.

Delivery is part of the product, not an afterthought bolted on at checkout. Our own team handles it, which is why we can promise what happens at your door.

If something is wrong on delivery it goes back on the van the same day. That is the whole point of paying after you check.

In Britain, in our own workshop. Frames are cut and assembled, then hand upholstered in the fabric you chose, rather than arriving as an imported flat pack for someone else to finish.
Our range is held in stock, so your furniture is ready to deliver as soon as the order is placed. Delivery is free all over the UK and goes to your room of choice, not just the doorstep. We call the day before with a time slot.
You check it on delivery, then pay. Our driver brings it into the room, unwraps it, and you look it over before any money changes hands. If it is damaged or not what you ordered, it goes straight back on the van and you pay nothing.

Yes. Ask for a free fabric sample and we will post you swatches of the colours you are considering, so you can see them in your own light rather than on a screen.
The website covers the six standard UK sizes from 2ft6 up to 6ft super king. If your room needs something outside that, talk to the workshop and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we can do.
